Green with Envy!

I’ll admit I felt a pang of envy at the thought of their visit to Kota Kinabalu, Labuan and Brunei. My 2nd sister, Rosamond told me that she wished to visit to Kota Kinabalu, Labuan and Brunei during the month of April because it was her final semester in the University Putra Malaysia (UPM). It was very difficult to travel to other places once started working or furthering her studies. I thought she looked with envy at our family travelling to Kota Kinabalu for attending my convocation. She was absent from attending my convocation on 2010 because she needed to take a series of exam in UPM. (She was practicing hard for her exam).

Rosamond is the JPA holder. JoJo also is the scholarship holder from the private engineering firm. Hence they are free to explore the rain forest, mountain thrills, temples and so on without deadlines or mortgage PTPTN payments to distract them. If I also the bond any government and private institution, I also free to explore the world. Genuinely speaking, I would try my best to apply the scholarship whether private or government institution if time could reverse back.

They were not wealthy as they embarked on their Kota Kinabalu, Labuan and Brunei trip. Their trip was not cushy. They stayed in a Youth Hostel (10 brunei dolar per night), According to Rosamond, she is not having the scrumptious breakfast, lunch or dinner. They just settled their breakfast like nasi lemak if I am not mistaken in the small stall in the roadside.  A fact that alleviated some of my envy! Compared to them, at least I am stayed in the 3 star hotel that had provide breakfast and swimming pool.

When I have a look about their traveling pictures to Kota Kinabalu, Labuan and Brunei, I greatly missed my whole family traveled to Singapore. My whole family was at the tourist place to share the cultures, norm and historical events together. The Singapore family travelling photos brought back lots of good memories. I would remember these sweet and happy memories until my dying days.
