Beyond the Randomness

Last Saturday and Sunday I was in Bintulu to participate the Fillian Youth Camp organized by the Ming De Temple, Bintulu. Most of the Youths in Chang De Temple Miri were being the helping hands for them since there shortage of youths to push the Filian Youth Camp. I'll figure out the Fillial Youth Camp very soon. 

Overall the Bintulu's trip was worthwhile....I can't be more happy and satisfied ❤❤❤❤❤❤

We took the 4 hours Biaramas bus to Bintulu. We departed from the bus stop in Taman Tunku, Miri in 2.30pm. That was my first time experience taking the long journey bus in the small bus stop instead of Terminal bus and arrive the bus stop 10 mins before the bus arrived.  (I'm characterized as planning and organizing types people that wanted to ensure everything run smoothly include taking the bus). 

You can't blame my self-narcissistic, the bus took 4 hours, just wished to shoots to kill our damn boring times in the bus. Hence, bear with me :p

Chang De Temple's Bible Class

The bible class was organized on every Friday and Saturday night around 7.30pm-9.00pm that covered the area of Taman Tunku and Senadin, Miri.

I was responsible to handle this 5 or 6 years old naught boy, Zheng Rong. He talked much and preferring to make sound. He hardly sit down to listen to the bible theory. Could someone tell me how to "discipline" him? Xue Chi advised me I could beat him since he was very naughty however I was not willing to do so （不舍得）

Puppy Sized Bear

Tomatoes cooked with Seaweed

Update on **24 June 2013**

I ate this vegetarian dish for many times in Chang De Temple. Recently, I quite addicted to the vegetarian dishes cooked by the officer （吴讲师) of Chang De Temple, Miri. That's why I wished to have a try in home.

Heat the oil and fried the ginger (a herb that cure the cold)

End product

Ingredients:

1. Ginger

2. 2 tablespoon of oil

3. Tomatoes

4. Seaweed

Cooking method:

1. Heat the oil

2. Add ginger and fried it until fragrant

3. Add tomatoes and seaweed. Bring water to boil and simmer the tomatoes and seaweed until the tomatoes and seaweed are soften 

4. Add little salt and sugar 

Deep Fried Potatoes-Filled Curry Puffs

Update on **22 June 2013**

I fried these potatoes filled curry puff on last Saturday. I bought the ready prepared or instant curry puffs from Servay Hypermarket instead of making. I will try to make my own curry puff in one day since home made was the better.

When I was in my hometown, I dislike the curry puff (maybe it was not suite my taste). I changed when I studied in UMS, there was a Malay in the hostel sold the nice curry puff. (I love its crunchy layer enclosed with aromatic or spicy filling). I still remembered the owner of the Malay stall was come from Beaufort, Sabah (same hometown with my roommate). From that time, I was the huge fan of curry puff and cannot resist a good curry puff.

 Ready prepared curry puff

 Heat the oil

 Deep fried until turn golden brown

Save it in the container and then fridge
