My homecoming diary

 **Updates** on 22^nd May 2012

This post should be posted before I go to Kuching for 2 days. Never mind, I will show more photos about what are the daily activities done by my family members. I am not in home for 3 months but 3 months for me is really such a long period. Although I had been leave home for 4 years (plus 1 year in UUM), frankly speaking I greatly miss my home and my familiar hometown.

When I am in home (I mean the primary and secondary school), I am not going to cherish the moment that my whole family together. My siblings are like to quarrel and fight with each other. I think the quarrel and fighting between the siblings as one type of sweet memories. My home only left my little youngest sister (Mickey) and parents. My 2^nd and 3^rd sister is in UPM and UMS and while 4^th sister is studying STPM in Sarikei (1 hours distance from Saratok). See, quarrel and fighting is become the difficult task between my siblings!

Therefore, my mission of going home is capturing the smile, exciting, happy times in my family’s routine life. I want to document the joyful moments that I will remember forever.

5am- Papa and Mama are wake up to clean the house. (They are like the morning Indonesia or Filipina maid that wakes up early to do house cleaning). I am the not a filial daughter that will help them to clean the house.

0600- Mickey is wake up to get ready for the school. She has the special breakfast such as nasi lemak and char siew pau that Papa buys from the morning market Saratok. When I was in secondary school, biskut marie is my breakfast. (Unfair treatment)

0640- Papa becomes the chauffer driver that sends Mickey to go to school.

0730- Papa send Mama to go A jiu’s shop to help a jiu cooking. (A jiu is the diamond bachelor)

0800- I order Kueh Chap from Papa. Ten minutes later, my breakfast is coming.

Keuh Chap is made my breakfast better and better. Y.U.M.M.Y

0830- Papa is weeding the flower beds. I tell him that he needs to do more exercise because he looks fat with his round belly. 

 

Nobody in house except me. Feel lonely at that time. Go and watching TV but fail to control the satellite TV that had been installed recently. I give up and switch to online with strong streymx.

1200- Mama back home. Chit chat with Mama. I complain to her that the weather is very hot. Mama further explains that Mickey is demanding her to install air-conditioner in home due to the hot weather. (Little Mickey is the black sheep in the family). 4 of us are more organized, detailed and frugal. Mickey is more laid-back and free-spirit type. I tell Mama that she becomes spoilt girl because Mama will give her everything she ask for and not enough discipline.  

1400- I am going for afternoon beauty sleep

1700- wake up, take a bath

1730- take my dinner. Ask the little Mickey to eat dinner but she refuse with the excuse “I had take my dinner on 1630” (isn’t the physics, additional mathematics and chemical damaged her cerebrum until she cannot differentiate the right time to take her dinner?) Mama said: “don’t bother about her, later she will eat burger as her supper”

*She like to self-camwhore when she is in the happy mood! I steal her photos from my home’s desktop.

*She seldom smiles because she is busy with her study. She is unbearably cute when she smiles like photo below. [it is her moral subject project which require she does the accepted moral activities according to the moral subject’s textbook]

 

 Hey boy, did u fall in love with my sis????kept on looking at her!

1830- Mickey forces herself to study habitually every night. She urges to study Bahasa Melayu, English, physics, additional mathematics, chemical, biology and so on. 

 1900- Papa is throwing the rubbish while Mama is cleaning the kitchen again. (Twice in one day they become Indonesia maid)

2000- Papa is chanting the Buddhism text while Mama is watching the program of principles of Buddhism 

Mama said: " I am not in the proper attire, do not posted in any social networking sites. "

2030- Papa feels sleepy. He is very early to bed

 

So funny when looking at father's sleepy face, really like a innocent child...Hahahah

Sit like a CEO

2100- 3 of them go to sleep

2200- I have watching Twilight 2

(Sleep early tonight, tomorrow you need to go to Kuching)

2230- Sleep. Before I fall asleep, I think this is the short homecoming that I ever had.

 **Updates** on 23 May 2012 (Part 3)

Before my elder uncle sends me to the Kuching airport, he takes me to Expert Food Court which is near to the Four Points Sheraton Kuching to full my stomach. At first, he think me will eat the economic rice but I switch to eat “Kueh Chap”. Before I leave Sarawak, I would like to eat “Kueh Chap”. Economic rice could be found easily everywhere in West Malaysia. Maybe West Malaysia has Kueh Chap, but the taste is totally different with Sarawak. It really touched my heart when my elder uncle and his wife’s buy a kolok mee and 2 chicken wings for me as my supper tonight. They understand that I will hungry when staying whole night at airport without sleep. At 7pm we reached airport, my elder uncle gave me RM 50. I reject RM 50 but his wife says I must take it and hope I will reach KL safety. “Bon Voyage” said her.

p/s:  A million thanks to elder uncle and his wife.

*I always use the flight from Sibu to KL instead Kuching to KL because Kuching is very far away from my hometown (Saratok). From my hometown to Kuching needs 6 hours.

*Due to the arrival of Hari Gawai (one of the festival of the people in Sarawak), the flight ticket from Sibu to KL is increase in the fast speed.

I have come to Kuching airport several times, but this my 1^st time to take the photo of it. It has 3 floors.

The 2^nd floor is the management office of airlines company. Therefore, I do not snap the photo.

8.30pm, I go to departure hall

11.30pm, I reach LCCT. Since all the outlets in LCCT will closed due to cleaning process (every Wednesday), hence I cannot online for the whole night, just sitting at the waiting hall and waiting for the next flight (in next morning from KL to Alor Setar). 

 LCCT is flooded with the people due to the celebration of Gawai Dayak
