Rosamond's Shopping Experience Had Taught Me A Lesson

Update on **4 December 2015-7 December 2015**

Last week, I went to Kuala Lumpur for attending an international academic conference. Therefore, I stayed with Rosamond (i.e. 2nd sister) for few days.

Needless to say, we went shopping in Nu Central, Pavilion and Fahrenheit consecutive for 2 days. Shopping for clothes was Rosamond’s favorite hobby. In fact, I suppose to buy more clothes than her as not much clothes choices in Kedah. Instead, she bought more than me. She said it was my fault in bringing her and caused her tend to spend.

Honestly, I often not willing to spend on such branded clothes. However, she always persuaded me to possess them since these branded clothes such as H&M, Uniqlo and Cotton On was very comfortable and good quality. Other than that, she advices me I deserved to buy since once in a blue moon I went for shopping. I bought them after her encouragement and advices. Did she potential to be the apparel consultant?

Excitement could be found in Rosamond when shopping for clothes. Her excitement never faded although she was not going to buy the tried clothes. She even not willing to leave the retail outlets as the clothes waited for her to try. I saw nothing but sparkling in her eyes when seeing the clothes. I learned that shopping is the “therapy” to keep her happy in the long run.

I learned from her in life we must spend and enjoy to make ourselves happy. Too much worries stole our happiness. She had made the right decision in pushing me to buy Nicole’s blouses. I was contended and happy when wearing the blouses right now and received the complimentary from friend.

Sometimes stop worrying about the future and live in the present moment
