After visiting Wong Tai Shi temple, we proceeded to Causeway Bay (铜锣湾)by taking MTR. In Causeway Bay, we were window shopping at Hong Kong Times Square and Lane Crowford. Causeway Bay had endless shopping outlets.
Since both of us seriously had weak buying power on those luxury and branded products, thus we chose for food hunting in Causeway Bay. Food guides of Causeway Bay indicated that Chee Kei restaurant gained the popularity in term of it's Wanton Noodles. Hence, we decided to pay a visit. This was the restaurant that we spend less times to find it since it easier to notice. Just crossed the road after Times Square, Chee Kei was at there.
Luckily there was a short queue and we're served within 1 minutes.
Almost full house and needed to share the tables. Table sharing was part of the Hong Kong cultures.
Lower chances in using these condiments since the Hong Kong foods were aromatic
All was in set meal (set A, B, C, D E, F). Ala Carte type menu was very rare. The waitress served the meal utensils by throwing to us. First in my lifetime I encountered such worse customer service. We're not the king as the customer. The restaurant actually was the king. So annoying!!!
Can't understand the meaning.
Before enjoying our meal, S.E.L.F.I.E to show off with my siblings that we found the famous restaurant in Hong Kong successfully.
The vegetables soup had the sweetness. Goji Berries added the natural sweetness to the vegetables soup. It was so aromatic when I stirred it before drinking. The vegetables were so crunchy for every bite.
Wantan Noodles.
Wantan noodles was very exceptional. The noodles textures was very springy and thin. It was very firm for every bite. The shrimp dumplings in the ping pong size fully made of fresh prawn. It was so tasty and crunchy. The soup was stewed with pork bone and shrimp produced a sweetness. It make the noodles more vivid and tasty.
